Insurance companies may not cover all facial plastic and reconstructive facial procedures offered by Harmych Facial Plastic Surgery, considering some to be elective and cosmetic in nature. Therefore, as a courtesy to our patients, financing options are available.
CONSULTATION FEE POLICY
Our consultation fee is $100. This fee is due at the time of scheduling. This deposit ensures a block of Dr. Harmych’s schedule is reserved exclusively for you. The deposit may be applied to selected services (exclusions apply).
SURGICAL PROCEDURES
A 10% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold any surgery date. It is customary and appropriate for all surgical fees to be paid in advance of cosmetic surgery. All surgical fees are due 3 weeks before your surgery date. If you are unable to keep a surgical date reservation, please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance and we will be happy to reschedule your surgery at no cost to you.
If you reschedule your surgical procedure less than 3 weeks before the actual date of surgery, we will gladly reschedule your procedure. However, we require that 50% of the surgical fee be paid at the time of new booking to reserve the new date of surgery. This partial payment will be non-refundable.
Surgeries or procedures performed at a hospital or ambulatory surgery center frequently have associated costs that are the patient’s responsibility. These costs may include hospital fees, anesthesia fees, and implant fees, if applicable. While the additional fees associated with the use of such facilities are outside of our control, our patient advocates will assist you in arranging payment.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards, pre-paid medical account (or FSA) cards, CareCredit®, cashier’s checks, and cash for payment of your fees. We only accept personal checks for some cosmetic procedures and only if they these checks are paid to our office at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled procedure date. We are not able to hold checks or delay credit card processing.
Treatment fees for injectables and all in-office procedures are due on the day of service.
