1. NOT WEARING A DAILY SUNSCREEN:
Sun exposure ages and damages skin over time causing hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, visible blood vessels and even skin cancer. Even though you may not be sunbathing poolside, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t protect your skin every single day. I can’t tell you how many patients I see on a regular basis that do not have a sunscreen with SPF in their daily skin care regimen.
